Our FOCUS

We believe that developing leadership skills is crucial for the ongoing growth of our culture, performance, and results.

Leadership can take many forms, and everyone who is interested in enhancing their leadership abilities should have the opportunity to do so. It is our responsibility to prepare the next generation of leaders through strategic succession planning.

This initiative integrates coaching and mentoring to empower our high performers and prepare

them for leadership roles within our organization.

Program PILLARS

Executive Coaching Involves personalized one-on-one sessions between our high performers and regional managers. The focus here is on providing tailored guidance and leadership development that aligns with individual career goals and organizational needs.

Mentoring

High performers will be paired with seasoned professionals within our company. These mentors will share their industry knowledge, skills, and valuable insights, fostering professional growth and helping to navigate career challenges effectively.

This component is crucial for identifying our top talent and creating career development plans. By preparing individuals for key positions, we ensure a sustainable leadership pipeline that can effectively drive our organizational goals forward. Succession Planning

Leadership is built on trust: the trust that we are all working toward common goals while adhering to our shared values. As we strive for continuous, deliberate improvement, we MUST also hold ourselves accountable for developing ourselves and our employees.

By the NUMBERS

According to a study by Deloitte, 71 percent of workers say that if their organization increased its commitment to human sustainability, it would improve their overall experience at work and increase their engagement and job satisfaction (71%)

Not only would this improve employee engagement, but it would also lead to greater productivity and performance, as well as a desire to stay with the company in the long term.

77% Improved Retention Rates

Retaining employees who also have a higher engagement rate can increase our likelihood of outperforming our competitors by up to 2.5 times, according to the Harvard Business Review.

9-BOX Staff Assessment Matrix

The 9-Box model is a talent management framework used to evaluate employee performance and potential. It maps people into nine categories to support succession planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.

Very few staff are expected to be ranked in the highest categories of Rising Talent, High Professional, Adaptable Professional, and Strategic Talent. Those who fall into these categories are also expected to appear on the Succession Plan later in the program.

Let’s explore the different quadrants further.
